I am sorry I didn't make my question more clear. The Word text itself is not
a URL; it is the title of a document. I want to make a link from the text to
a URL. Thanks.

Hi Framers,
I want to add some links to a word document that will convert to links in
the resulting PDF file. They will be links to URLs. Any help or pointer to
how to do it would be appreciated. Thanks.
