Wondering about Ghost Fonts & Odd Replacements

Had a few good suggestions on how to ferret out stubborn fonts, and
I'll test and report back soon.

Meanwhile, I can confirm that the entire Adobe Garamond Pro font set
is installed, and none of those files have "Bold Bold" in their name.

It turns out that my Helvetica Neue 75 (Bold) font was set to "Hide",
which might explain the odd requirement to select the bold style for
Helvetica Neue 55 (Roman) even though 75 (Bold) was installed. I
didn't set it that way; something in the system or an application
must have appropriated it that way. Sigh....
