No index in FM10 Help

As far as I can tell, the indexing in FM9 was very incomplete as if they 
didn't index beyond the FM 7 or 8 version. I think Adobe (and not just 
Adobe) has abandonned indexing in lieu of full-text searching 
capabilities. I've considered it myself.
