Hi Karen,
Go to View > Reference Pages and go to the IX page. Find the SeparatorsIX
paragraph on the page and make sure it is formatted how you want it.
Regenerate the index and you should be all set.

Hi Framers,
My index style is a comma + space between the entry text and the
associated page number. The paragraph format for all index levels is
Helvetica 7 pt. Entries with only one page number render correctly.
Entries with two or more page number references don't: the first
comma renders correctly but subsequent commas (between page numbers)
render as, and have a character format of, Times New Roman 12 pt.
Fixing hundreds of these manually is not an option. Fixing this using
"default font" from the character format catalog or from the
character designer by changing the family and size means changing the
entire index to one (wrong) font/size/style or selecting hundreds of
individual lines to reformat.
Is there a way to stop this error in the first place? If not, a
better way to fix it?
Thanks,
Karen
