Splitting tables across a page break: FM 8

Hi All,
In unstructured FM8, if I have a table that might split across a page break if new content is added above it, is there a way that I can have a line of text e.g., "...continued" inserted conditionally after the last entry on the page, before the break?  Ideally, I would like to do this {whatever} with all table formats that are defined in my template.

Any ideas welcome.
