Frame 10 save to Frame 8 files

And to make it easier, omsys.com's eval version of MIF2GO includes a
MIFWash utility to s8 ave files (like in a book) to MIF.
And a sample ExtendScript that's supposed to ship with 10 is supposed
to do the same thing.

So you save to MIF 10, and when it's opened in 8, 8 ignores whatever
it doesn't understand.

If you expect it to be reopened and used in 10 again, you should test
to see what a save in 8 does to the 10 data. If could either preserve
it or delete it because it doesn't recognize it... so 10 features may
be wiped.
