Acrobat Write 8 Standard - enable Reader commenting?

HI All,
Does anyone know/remember - about Acrobat 8 Standard - after creating a PDF using this version of Acrobat, can the creator then "Enable for Commenting" in Adobe Reader? Or does this not work in the Standard version of Acrobat 8?
