Key Repeat rate?

In FM10, we've optimized the process of updating designers(Pgf/Tbl/Character) and catalogs(Pgf/Tbl/Character) - resulting in better interactiveness while doing keyboard operations.

You must be talking about the bug introduced in FM8. The key repeat rate 
slows when you have the Paragraph Designer, Character Designer, or Table 
Designer open. The more of these you have open on screen, the slower the 
rate.
