Distilling Mixed Sizes

I have done this for years with various Frame books which have maybe a
dozen A4 files and one A3 file. I always select the larger page size
(A3 landscape in this case), print to PS file, then distil to PDF. All
pages come out the right size and orientation.

I've just done some tests with one of my manuals that has a mixture of
A4 and A3 pages. I've found that I have to have Generate Acrobat Data
turned on (box is checked) for the two different page sizes to reproduce
correctly in the PDF. If I deselect this function, all pages are A3 in
the PDF (although in the correct orientation).

This is on Frame 8, Acrobat 7 and Win XP.

Cheers

Dave
