Frame 8, Acrobat Pro X When I save the book as pdf and tick the create hyperlinks, the index pages (AIX, SIX) *sometimes* have active hyperlinks and sometimes not. The little white hand *always* shows in the pdf, but it doesn't always work. Ideas? Thanks, Theresa
