Copy you new data from Excel into a separate single column table in the
same or a new FM document. Make sue the number of cells matches, then
copy and paste it into the target table.

Subject: Copying in table columns in 9
OK, all, I have a question. I have a long document in Frame 9 full of
tables. The client has decided they want to add one more column to each
table with content. The source for that content is Excel.
I want to copy the column from Excel into a new column in Frame. But the
Copy won't let me paste special into a table column, even if the column
in the buffer is the same number of cells as the selected column.
Thoughts? Workarounds?
