FM11: "Print book to PDF" no longer works

I just tried printing a small book to PDF using FM11. It worked the three ways I tried (using the Standard joboptions):


* Book > File > Save as PDF
* Book > File > Save Book as > PDF

* Book > Print Book > Adobe PDF printer (not printing to file)



One thing that may be causing you problems is the file compatibility. Have you tried opening your chapter files in FM11 and re-saving them? Also, when I printed I had all chapters open; that may make a difference too. Roger

This is what I do in Fm 11:


* Open a book.
* Choose File > Print Book.
* Select the Generate Acrobat Data option and do your PDF Setup.
* Deselect Print to File (because I don't want a PostScript file).  
* Click the Print button.

Result: nothing happens. This works in Fm 10. Print to PDF also works for .fm files in Fm11 but not for .book files.


Is anyone else seeing this?
