Framemaker Publish WebHelp via RH feature

The Publish thing didn't seem properly implemented to me, or at least
it's not designed for my purposes.

I created a project in RoboHelp 9 with all the content in FrameMaker
10. I also wrote an ExtendScript to automate WebHelp generation.
