PDF Bookmark Letter Case

Hello folks, this is my first post to the list but I have been reading and learning for quite awhile. Historically my background is mostly in graphics and small scale publishing. I am somewhat new to the technical publishing world... this is a slightly off topic question.

I have a set of documents that I need to PDF from both Word 2003/2007 and Framemaker 7.2. I have a Heading1 Style that is "All Caps" in the document, per the MIL spec, but when I PDF I need the Bookmarks to show as "Initial Caps". I have searched for answers and played with the settings to no avail. I hope some more seasoned professionals might have some ideas for me?
