FrameMaker to Apple Pages (then to iBooks Author)

I'm sure that a route to iBA from FrameMaker will be very useful to a load of folks. Great stuff!

I'm still wondering how the publishers advertised with iBP have repurposed their existing titles; maybe they backed off from InDesign/Quark to the original Word ms and worked from there.
