Conditional Paragraph Tags?

I've done that two different ways.

You can create a second document with text insets to pull in all the
content from the first document. I have a project like that with a
script that generates a PDF from the first document and a Word
document from the second.

You can also create two otherwise empty .fm files containing the two
sets of paragraph tags and import them.
