Upgrading from FM 9 to FM 10

(I have the same system set up).
FM-9 will be uninstalled during the course of upgrading to FM-10. You get a chance to "keep my user 
settings" which is all the stuff in /userarea/Adobe/FrameMaker/9.0/*.* This will be copied over to 
.../10.0/.
