Updating FM10

How did you update? Via Help > Updates or the Adobe Downloads website?

Hello,
I am trying to apply the 10.0.2 fix to 10.0.1.408 French version. The process finishes by saying that the update is complete. However, when I open FM it still is 10.0.1.408. Any ideas?
