Updating FM10

What happens if you run it from the Help > Updates menu? Does it think it's already in place?
BTW - I assume you've got full admin rights to your machine, right?

I downloaded the fix from the web and started it from Explorer.

How did you update? Via Help > Updates or the Adobe Downloads website?

Hello,
I am trying to apply the 10.0.2 fix to 10.0.1.408 French version. The process finishes by saying that the update is complete. However, when I open FM it still is 10.0.1.408. Any ideas?
