Zapfdingbats font replacement issue

I don't know why font replacement wouldn't work right, but thanks to
Arnis Gubins I figured out that the fundamental problem was that the
documentation department's master font directory contained only
ZD______.PFM, not ZD______.PFB, so the Type 1 version of ZapfDingbats
FrameMaker was expecting did not get installed on my PC.
