Because of the way RH converts TOC and IX into other structures I don't expect you'll have luck with the generated lists and ix's turning into files with live links…I expect it has to do with the fundamental difference in generating the documents themselves.

You have a great idea for additional functionality, though, and I suggest you submit that as a request to www.adobe.com/go/wish. I'll be doing this, and asking others to do so via social media.

Of course, if anyone can get this to work, please let us all know!!
