Mif2Go handles those links correctly.  Like the ones
in the generated IX, they link to specific paragraph
ObjectIDs, all of which Mif2Go preserves when:

[HTMLOptions]
ObjectIDs=All

Same for Word output, when:

[WordOptions]
ObjectIDs=All
