The rightward arrow is Unicode U+2192.

The first thing you need to do is choose a font that that character.
At least in Windows 7, Arial, Courier New, and Times New Roman all have it.
You can use Windows' (not FrameMaker's) Character Map utility's Advanced
View to check other fonts.

If necessary, you can define a character tag to apply that font to U+2192.
