Word indexing to Frame question

What do you mean by “convert”? All of our editorial processes are done in Word, including adding preliminary index markers. When the files are handed off to me for typesetting, the Word index markers import and convert to Frame markers automatically. There’s no extra steps necessary that I have to go through.
