Is the Adobe TCS4 suite support team illiterate?

I wonder what language you speak? Whatever it is, please take a class in
English while you look for another job. I earn my living with FrameMaker.
You have wasted my time.
 I wrote back to you on your first message.

"2:30 pm ZAR time" 

I wrote back on your second message

"I am available all day, now if needed"

I cannot be clearer than that.
