TCS4 question - individual app updates

Looking at the FAQs for TCS4 Subscription model...

If we go with the subscription option, and an individual application in the suite (Illustrator, for example) has  a major dot release a few months before TCS, would we receive the dot release, or have to wait until TCS does its dot release?
