SOLVED: Cannot create FrameMaker structured book

Use the "Discuss This Page" functionality on the help pages (they also echo in a strangely annoying way to the Adobe Forums) and Adobe's tech writing team monitors the suggestions for the next build of the help.

How does a customer/user go about making changes on an Adobe website?  And if this is not possible for an arbitrary individual to do, who is the "us" you refer to who have the capability to paste someone else's text into a page of their site?
