FM 10 list of pods becomes detached

In Frame 9, I find that the blue "docking" line appears at the location 
of the cursor when you've moving a block of pods, not at the edge of the 
block, as I originally expected. I don't know if it's true of Frame 10, 
but I suffered a lot of frustration until I figured that out.
