FrameMaker 10 does not start ("licensing expired")

Update #2: We have released an update on FM10 and this should address the problem for all users. Please download and install this important update. For details, please visit my original blog post (link below) and look at the Update # 2 section for instructions on how to install this update.

Dear Anjaneai,

Is there a solution yet?
As Shlomo, I tried your suggested solution 1 and 2 without success. Again, just like Shlomo, I don't want to try solution 3.
Just as a note: simply setting the date back to 2012 makes the license issue disappear. But this is something I can do as I have admin rights on my PC. What can I do for all my colleagues that are getting back from holidays today, need Framemaker 10 and don't have admin rights??

First of all, a very Happy New Year to all dear Framers!

Can you please try the steps suggested here - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/error-licensing-product-expired-cs4.html

Also, please go to start - run - launch - services.msc and look for 'Flexnet Licensing Service' and restart/start the service.

Please share me your findings.
