SDL Author Assistant and Frame 11

The free version doesn't apply any dbs or rules to it. It actually costs $6000.

SDL Author Assistant is available as a free plug-in for Framemaker 9 and 10.
But, there is no mention about the same for framemaker 11.

Any pointers?
