Forcing the alphabetization of an index entry

FM 10, Win 7, all patched and current

I have an Index entry titled icons. I want the statement See also event
icons to be displayed immediately as the first index entry under icons and
w/out a page number. I know I have done this a gazillion times before and
for the life of me, I can't get it to fly right now.

Here are my two attempts at index entries to accomplish this:

icons:see also event icons [aaa]<$nopage>
<$nopage> icons:see also event icons [aaa]

No matter which index entry I use, if I attempt to force it to be the first
entry using the [aaa] code, I do not get an Index entry. If I remove [aaa],
then I get the entry without a page number, but it's alphabetized in the
list based on the word "see" so, it is not the first entry under icons.

This is the first time that I have attempted this in FM 10 and I have
entries set up this way that worked just fine all the way through FM 9. Is
this a bug in FM 10 or ?

TIA,

TVB
