Hi Alan,

In the paragraph above it says:

We will be announcing the winners during the week of 7th October 2013. The Winners will be notified by email. If a potential Winner cannot be contacted, is contacted and does not respond as directed within the time allotted following attempted notification, refuses the prize or is ineligible to accept the prize, or if the attempted prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner to be chosen by another random draw.

So the winners are contacted.
