Even in Frame 10, the Special menu isn't available when you've got a book file active. Try the View menu instead. It's got the Track Text Edits option you're after.

You might need to select all the files in the book. Or might not - just raising the possibility.

Cheers
Rebecca

Hi Grant,

Please check if it gives you Accept All under Special Menu -- Track Text Edits.

Sorry, I am unable to recall whether the interface options are same for FrameMaker 9 as for 10 & 11.

Thanks,
Anjaneai

Does anyone know how to accept all of the tracked edits in a book without having to open each file?
I seem to recall that one can do this, but neither my memory nor searches are coming up with the answer.
