Creating a clickable link for email in a frame (to pdf) document

As I recall, it works the same way as a Hypertext link to a URL basically - so use that option and provide the exact text you show below

The computer's OS should interpret that as a request to fire up the default e-mail client.

How to I get a "Variable, Marker" or "Variable, Hypertext" of someone's email address to show up as a clickable link in a pdf?

None of the command options under "Variable, Hypertext" look reasonable.

I think I want
mailto:TdeV at bstw.com

but what goes in front of it?
