Adjust paste to be paste/special

I'm in Frame 8 and the entry below isn't there:

ClipboardFormatsPriorities=FILE, MIFW, MIF, RTF, OLE 2, META, EMF,  DIB, 
BMP, UNICODE TEXT, TEXT

So, where do I put it? These are the headings I have:
[Preferences]
[DialogLayout]
[Directories]
[Spelling]
[RecentlyVisitedFiles]
[StructureView]

Preferences?
