Publish Ditamap

Where did the Publish option go?  Yesterday I published my ditamap to a single Maker document.  Today the menu option is greyed out.  What could have happened?  


I'm trying my best to get Maker into a DITA work flow, but it sure aint easy.  Documentation would certainly help, but it's pretty much at the level of, "Click Foo to Foo."  For this particular issue, does anybody have any insights?
