Cursor key navigation in tables

I've done the same thing for years with Ctrl + Shift + arrow key to move
the cursor around within a table. I just chose Ctrl+Shift because they
are beside each other on the keyboard and I find it's an easy movement.

As an aside, I find the ability to create custom keyboard shortcuts one
of the most useful features of Frame. It's saved me a lot of time and
frustration over the years, not to mention thousands of mouse-clicks.

Cheers
