attach Caption to floating Anchored Frame

If your content must go to online formats, you should seriously consider placing the titles above the figures. If not, your links will be to the position below the graphic (the title) and may confuse your reader.

Here's content from p.272 of my book:
When figure titles can be placed above
anchored frames, this is the fastest way to
place graphics, and results in titles and figures
staying together. In online formats, links to
the figure title work as expected.
