Two things to check/try:
n It may be the case that everything works fine in the PDF despite the
warning shown in the console.
n Sometimes, the PDF generated is indicated as being open (even though it
is not open in Acrobat/Reader). It may be "open" because it is currently
displayed in the preview pane of Windows file explorer. If you close
Acrobat/Reader, as well the preview pane in the file explorer and FM still
thinks the PDF is open (I came across such situations, involving 3D files),
simply save the PDF under a new name and rename it later.
