FM10 help broken?

Did Adobe change something on their web site that broke FM10 help?
Maybe it's not just FM10?

I just did Help > Help Topics and searched for "change bars" with
"This reference only" selected. Cold Fusion or whatever replaced the
quotes and space with escaped HTML and the search found no results.
