Trial Mode doesn't go away

Hi,

I have a client using FrameMaker 11 on Windows 8. When they start FrameMaker
after the computer is restarted, it says it is running in trial mode and
prompts for a reg number. She puts in the reg number and everything is fine
until she starts the computer the next day and she gets the trial message
again. Any advice would be appreciated.
