FrameMaker: Is any version URL-aware?

Greetings,

 

I work in FM 8. If I were to identify one feature that I wish for in this software, it would be URL-awareness. Is any of the later
FrameMaker versions URL-aware? (By this, I mean that it recognizes http://, https://, mailto://, www.abc.com, and the like, finds
the beginning and end, and automagically applies a specified character tag-or something similar to that.
