FM 8: Turn on hyperlinks in generated documents ... after the fact

Greetings everyone!

 

I created a book with generated documents, but I neglected to check the little "activate hyperlinks" setting. I've no idea why the
default is not "on", but apparently it is not.

 

So . how can I turn the generation of hyperlinks "on", after the fact?
