FrameMaker: Is any version URL-aware?

No automagical process. You need to manually apply the character tag and insert the link using the Special > Hypertext command. In
the Hypertext dialog box, set Command to Go to URL, and in the text box below where "message URL" appears, append the URL for the
site you wish to link to.
