Mif2Go suddenly failing on all machines

This is just grasping at straws .. but do you have extra DLLs in the 
\fminit\Plugins folder? All FDK DLLs in that folder (or subfolders) get 
loaded when FM starts. If you've got extra DLLs that are duplicates of 
others that could cause some problems.

I can't say what the proper list of mif2go DLLs should be, but if you 
added two new ones, you may have needed to remove the two that were 
being replaced.

And .. don't just move the old ones into a subfolder called "old" .. 
they will get loaded there too.
