Latest Structured Application Guides - FM12

that is most welcome, thank you. 

One technical detail: The file description (document properties) still
shows FM9 in both cases: 

FrameMaker 9.0 Structure Application Developer's Guide
FrameMaker 9.0 Structure Application Developer Reference. 

Maybe this could be fixed to avoid misunderstandings.
