Acrobat 10 menus

Hi, guys...I think my company has crippled some functionality on my
installation of Acrobat 10.

Can someone send me a image of what an uncrippled Acrobat 10 menu bar looks
like?

The one that has   File  Edit  View ...etc.

Should there be a listing somewhere for "Pluggins"?  I'm trying to run
Debenu PDF Aerialist 12 on Acrobat 10 and I can't find how to access
Pluggins.
