FM 12's Publish to WebHelp option

While playing around with the new option to publish in a WebHelp format, I notice that call-out text in an anchored frame was incorrectly converted. The screen shot or illustration was handled correctly, as were lines from the call-out text to the illustration, but the text itself was mostly lost. For instance, in one case the text "Click here to reset your password." came over as "C".

Has anyone else noticed this?

The tag used for call-out text is the same tag used for text inside tables - and that text comes out ok.
