Problems with Mif2Go conversion

Gotcha; but the _ship folder isn’t appearing, for whatever reason, when I attempt production.
A tech writer is using the same software that I am, and this tech writer can produce DITA .xml files.
Any ideas, anyone? Thanks for any help that you can provide.

The output should be in _ship, not _wrap.

Any insights, anyone?

And I’m checking the Wrap and Ship button before attempting production.
Thanks,
Bob

Hi Robert
What does the _m2g_log.txt file say? Normally, you should get a .ditamap file and one or more .dita or .xml files.
Cheers
