Reproducible FM12 file corruption?

This happens in FM 11 as well.

I've had this change happen a handful of times over the past couple of years and could never figure out what caused it. When I saw it occur I immediately reverted to the saved file. I rarely change Spread, so I don't think that is the critical trigger for this bug.
